Great Places is committed to helping people find the homes that are right for them.
As part of this commitment we provide 400 homes for adults and young people with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum conditions. Great Places Housing Group is the landlord and the expert support is provided by specialist partner organisations.
What kind of homes are available and where?
The accommodation we provide includes self-contained flats, shared living spaces and bespoke homes that have been adapted to meet the needs of an individual “” all with excellent facilities, based in places where people want to live.
We have homes in Blackpool, Bolton, Bury, Fylde, Manchester, Oldham, Salford, Trafford and Wyre.
We also have an award-winning scheme in Manchester for adults and young people with autism, Broom Lane.
All lettings are managed through the local authority.
