December 2023 Judgement

We are pleased to announce that following an Annual Stability check and ongoing regulatory activity, the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) has confirmed that the Governance and Financial Viability grades and straplines for Great Places Housing Group remain unchanged:

  • G1 (Compliant) – The provider meets our governance requirements.
  • V2 (Compliant) – The provider meets our viability requirements. It has the financial capacity to deal with a reasonable range of adverse scenarios but needs to manage material risks to ensure continued compliance.
