The Byrons

The Byrons has 40 self contained flats. Each property has an entrance area which is large enough to accommodate a mobility scooter, an open plan lounge and kitchen, two bedrooms and a wet room.

All properties are plumbed to accommodate a washing machine and space for a tumble dryer.

Criteria

• Aged 55+
• A local connection to North Manchester

Applicants must require care now, or be planning for future care needs. The scheme aims to have a mixture of low, medium and high care needs to create a balanced community.

• Low care needs: You are able to manage most or all everyday tasks independently
• Medium care needs: You are able to manage some everyday tasks but do require some support
• High care needs: You require significant support to live independently
