Our Voice is a place where customers and colleagues of Great Places Housing Group can come together to share ideas, participate in consultations and help shape the services and community.
We’re offering you a chance to join INSIGHT, our customer scrutiny group. Scrutiny tasks customers to “˜check and challenge’ services, report findings and suggest recommendations for improvements. If you’re interested in making a difference, scrutiny is a great way to broaden your knowledge of housing, gain new skills and / or work experience.
There is no obligation to be part of every scrutiny exercise; you will have the opportunity to be matched with reviews that interest you.
