Our Voice is a place where customers and colleagues of Great Places Housing Group can come together to share ideas, participate in consultations and help shape the services and community.
We’re inviting customers to take part in customer scrutiny – an opportunity to look closely at how our services work and share ideas for improvement. Scrutiny helps us understand what’s working well and where we can do better, through direct customer insight.
As part of scrutiny, customers help to check and challenge services by reviewing information, sharing experiences, reporting findings, and making evidence based recommendations that support real, meaningful change. Your voice matters, and your feedback helps shape how services are delivered.
Taking part in scrutiny can also help you build your knowledge of housing, develop new skills, and gain valuable experience – all while making a difference for other customers. There’s no requirement to take part in every review. You can choose the scrutiny activities that interest you and get involved in a way that suits you.
