- The sheltered and extra care schemes support customers to increase their independence and wellbeing.
- We have great relationships with a variety of partner agencies who can provide specialist advice, information and guidance.
24-hour support
- Our extra care schemes allow us to work with on-site care teams who provide 24/7 peace-of-mind and planned care packages, based on customers needs.
- In our sheltered schemes, if care is needed, we would refer you or a customer to the relevant council, where a care package may be put in place by a visiting care agency.
- All support is designed and delivered to reflect customers needs and to allow them to feel in control of their lives.
