Find out more below.
Pre-recruitment courses
All pre-recruitment courses will take place between March and July. They will last between 4 and 5 days (dependent on course) and will have local sector based opportunities attached to them.
All days will involve activities, group tasks, assessment (Safeguarding) and completing a workbook so all learners will need to be able to read, write and understand English to a good level (Entry Level 3 minimum).
The courses are designed to give learners the basic knowledge and understanding within the sector to either apply for roles, and be able to answer related topic interview questions, or to progress onto the accredited qualifications. All modules have been specifically chosen to enhance insight and opportunities.
All days must be attended.
