You can use this form to report a damp, mould and/or condensation issue to us and book an inspection. Once it is booked, we will review this within one working day of receiving it and contact you, we aim to carry out an inspection within 10 working days. Alternatively you can contact our Customer Hub on 0300 123 1966 select option 1 for property related calls and then listen for the option to report or discuss damp and mould.
