Corporate Plan

Our 2015–18 Corporate Plan outlines our ambitions for how we will be delivering on our vision over a three-year period and has been created following input from Great Places colleagues and our customers about key priorities for the business.  


The plan details what we want to achieve over a three-year period for our customers, colleagues, partners and other stakeholders. 

Over 300 Great Places colleagues and 600 of our customers were involved in developing a new vision statement and set of values which underpin our 2015-18 Corporate Plan.
