• Five flats providing long-term accommodation for residents who need a high level of support
• Eight flats providing shorter-term housing for residents with lower support needs, with the aim of moving them onto independent living in the community
• Shared housing for five young people who are moving on from education into adulthood
• Communal facilities that can be used by all residents.

The consideration of how people use, engage and interact with their personal and shared space has is central to the scheme’s design. Good design and technology can work to reduce anxiety and increase the well-being of residents in a positive environment.
