All allocations are made in conjunction with Manchester City Council.

To be considered for re-housing you must have a live Manchester Move application. Find out more information:

You also need to complete an Extra Care application form. These can be completed by applicants, their families or a professional. You do not need to have care needs to apply for housing at The Byrons (please note our scheme is not a care home – there is a local care home called Byron Lodge which offers a different service).

If you have any queries or require help with any of the application process contact us on 0300 123 1966. Our Contact Centre can pass your details to our Scheme Co-Ordinators for a call-back. You can also call us directly at The Byrons Extra Care on 0161 740 1513. We have applications at our front desk so you can arrange to call in to scheme to collect one from us and chat to a member of staff.
