Northmoor customers welcomed to first Warm Homes Engagement event
Great Places’ Sustainability Team recently hosted the first in a series of planned customer engagement events, aimed at supporting residents set to benefit from energy efficiency improvements to their homes. These upgrades are part-funded through the Government’s Warm Homes Social Housing Fund.
Held at the Community Centre in our Northmoor Anchor Neighbourhood, the coffee morning provided a warm and welcoming space for customers to:
- Meet representatives from our delivery partner, ECOGEE, and the Great Places team
- Learn more about the planned improvements to their homes, with insights from designers and technical experts
- Ask questions and book surveys for future works
- Enjoy a hot drink and a slice of cake while connecting with neighbours
Commenting on the first engagement event, Heather Towner, our Sustainability Manager, said:
It was fantastic to meet customers face-to-face and talk through the exciting improvements planned for their homes. Events like this are a great way to build trust, answer questions, and ensure our customers feel informed and supported throughout the process.
Thank you to our delivery partners at ECOGEE and our consortium partners at GMCA for their support in making the event a success.
