How has customer scrutiny made a difference?

The INSIGHT Customer Scrutiny group was formed in April 2014 to gather feedback and review Great Places services and support. 

They are currently compiling another report, due for publication early 2020.

So far INSIGHT have completed reviews in the following key areas:
