How often will someone be at my property? How do I get in contact with you if I have an issue?

If you have any questions about the improvement work to your home please contact to the Contractors’ Resident Liaison Officer or the Site Manager in the first instance, and their contact details can be found in the Customer Information Pack.  However, a Great Places representative will visit whilst works are ongoing and you can discuss any queries you may have with them whilst they are in your property.

How will you communicate with me?

We will aim to contact you by phone, text message or email, where we have this information, but if it isn’t possible to contact you in this way, we will send you a letter.
