Our Hub Team

When our customers want to get in touch with us for any reason they contact us via The Hub; it’s a one-stop shop with a team of experts ready to help people access our services, report repairs, manage their tenancies and more via phone calls, emails, webchats and Chatabot.

As well as our Customer Contact Officers that deal with a broad range of queries we also have subject matter specialists covering areas including repairs, anti-social behaviour ,safeguarding , income and debt management and rehousing.

You don’t need to have previous housing experience for a lot of the roles you just need to have had experience with working customers and a passion for wanting to deliver excellent services,  its more important to us that up have the right attitude and positivity and we’ll provide you with the rest

What we do

Call handling

Our Customer Contact Officers take over 2500 calls a week from customers helping them with a range of enquiries around all tenancy and property related issues.

Digital contacts

Our Hubsters also handle queries via a wide range of digital platforms including MyPlace, our customer portal; emails; webchat and our friendly, interactive Chatabot.

Specialised advice

As well as responding to general enquiries from customers we also have a team of subject matter specialists covering dedicated areas and aiming to answer customers' queries at the first time of asking.

We aim to provide excellent services to our customers. We provide comprehensive training to all of our Hub team to ensure they are equipped with the information and tools to deliver accurate and timely responses.

What is it like to work here?

We’re a busy and engaged team that loves delivering great services for our customers, no matter how they choose to get in touch with us. Roles in the Customer Hub offer a fabulous insight into our business and  services and which in turn provides a lot of scope for progression.

We have a hybrid approach to how we work with part of the week working in the office and part at home and we have found this mix works well and enables us to keep the Hub team spirit thriving!
