We have apprentices working across Greater Manchester, Lancashire, and South Yorkshire, working in departments such as Neighbourhoods, Repairs, Technology Services, Development, Finance and more.
We currently have in the business Apprentice Joiners, Electricians, IT Support, Finance Assistant, Administrators, Plumbers and more.
All our apprentices are paid the Real Living Wage. We also have a fantastic colleague offer available to all employees.
We support our apprentices to complete role specific training and qualifications to enhance their experience. We support apprentices to achieve their potential through their apprenticeship with additional support and resources.
Our apprentices work alongside experienced and helpful team members. We also have a designated staff member who ensures our programmes run effectively.
Throughout their time on the apprenticeship, they will have the opportunity to develop good working connections throughout the business which will benefit their career progression.
