Reporting to the Property Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping deliver our in-house void cleaning, clearance and gardening service. You’ll be working as part of our team to clean up our vacant properties making sure they’re clean and in good shape for our new customers to make into their home.
Our Grounds Maintenance Team deliver the highest standard of grounds maintenance service across Great Place’s estates and schemes. Our team work with colleagues across the business to ensure the communal grounds around our properties are kept in tip top condition and meet customer satisfaction standards.
Our Caretaker team provides an essential property management service across all properties with communal areas. They make sure our customers enjoy quality home and estate services and also play an important part in encouraging a community feel in the blocks they work in.
Our repairs team is one of if not the most important frontline team at Great Places who make sure we deliver a great repairs and improvement service. They deliver a range of Responsive Maintenance work to our customers. Part of a multi-trade team we offer them with training and opportunities to learn additional skills. The award-winning team provides an outstanding, “right first time” service to customers, offering a flexible and efficient response to customer repairs.

We’re on the lookout for a multi-skilled joiner to join our award-winning repairs team helping our customers with a wide range of repairs. A key member of our frontline team you’ll be committed to offering a first time fix approach and great customer service.
