January Insight Customer Scrutiny update

POSTED: 28/01/2026

Insight’s latest scrutiny is focusing on what makes a service a great experience for customers. By reviewing feedback and insights gathered from complaints, and other consultations the group will highlight what customers say works well and where improvements could make the biggest difference. This work will help ensure our services continue to meet the needs and expectations of all customers.

The findings from this scrutiny will support development of a new Code of Conduct, which is a requirement of the Regulator of Social Housing’s new Competency and Conduct Standard. This standard will ensure everyone working in social housing has the right skills, knowledge and behaviours to provide safe, high quality and respectful services for all tenants.

We’ll share further updates on Customer Scrutiny in future editions of e-News, in customer newsletters, and on our website. To learn more about scrutiny or to find out how you can get involved, visit: Insight Customer Scrutiny Group.
