We will soon be writing our new Customer Voice Strategy, this is the document that sets out how customers will have a strong voice in the design, delivery, and scrutiny of the services Great Places offer. It is important to us that we continue to listen to the views of our customers and so we’d like you to get involved and tell us what you’d like to see within the new strategy.

Our new strategy will include a menu of involvement options, providing opportunities for customers to share their experience, scrutinise our services and to get involved in their community. We will build on our flexible approach to customer engagement, to reach those customers who aren’t in regular contact with Great Places, as well as those who already challenge the quality of our homes and services.
