Repairs Performance Update

Autumn and winter continues to be a busy time for our in-house repairs team that continue to work hard to provide you with the support you need, despite challenges around recruitment and a high level of demand the service.

This quarter we’ve seen a really high level of demand as we look to continue to prioritise damp and mould along with emergencies particularly related to the cold weather. In the period from October to December we received a total of 13,880 customer repair requests, of which 3,025 were emergency repairs and attended 720 damp and mould inspections.

Despite the challenges be assured that we continue to prioritise our most vulnerable customers. This can mean you may face an extended wait for a non-emergency repair, but please do still contact us so we can get you in the queue. Thanks for your patience at this busy time whilst we clear the back log.

To continue to provide you with the best service possible and reduce any waiting times, we’re also continuing our search to recruit new repairs and maintenance colleagues.
