Great Places Affordable Development and Environmental Teams are celebrating being shortlisted for the prestigious Inside Housing Development Awards.
Our Affordable Development team’s work with ENGIE, Rotherham Council, Sanctuary Homes and Wise Living on £28m redevelopment of a brownfield site at Whinney Hill and Chesterhill Avenue, in the Thrybergh area has been shortlisted for a best partnership award.
In addition, the Environmental Team’s ground-breaking work with Knauf Energy Solutions (KES) and Knauf Insulation Northern Europe (KINE) on the renovation of 28 of our homes in Trafford is up for the inaugural Climate change retrofit project of the year.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony, taking place on Thursday 4 November at the Intercontinental O2 Hotel in London.
