Did you know your rent is changing from Monday 1 April?
You don’t need to fill out a change of circumstances – this will over complicate things.
Universal Credit will prompt you via your journal after Monday 1 April so that you can advise them of your new rent and service charge.
This is the only time you need to respond about the new rent.
Once you’ve completed your rent change, Universal Credit will tell us at Great Places of your change. We will confirm the changes with you and you will be paid the new rent.
Trying to update Universal Credit before 1 April may mean you being paid the incorrect rent.
