We’re pleased to announce that our Affordable Development team has been shortlisted for the Social Housing Development of the Year category at the North West Residential Property Awards 2026 for its development at Downley Drive in New Islington.
Downley Drive, a £19.5 million scheme delivered in partnership with Manchester City Council, Homes England, Buttress, SFP,, and Rowlinson, has provided 75 low-carbon, affordable homes in the vibrant neighbourhood close to Manchester city centre. The scheme offers a mix of social rent apartments and shared ownership houses.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony at Manchester Central on 26 February 2026, celebrating the remarkable achievements of the region’s residential sector.
