Our customer satisfaction surveys are changing

From 30 November, we will be using a new platform for sending text message surveys to our customers, which include a link from Microsoft Forms.

These surveys ask for your feedback around things like the speed of repairs, the quality and ease of reporting repairs, and your overall satisfaction following each appointment. We also use these surveys to ask about how we’ve handled your recent contact with us and whether you feel your query has been resolved.

The new system will now show ‘Great Places’ as the sender, texts will include a slightly longer introduction message and may have a longer survey link. The survey questions have not changed but we have tried to make the response scales clearer and easier to use – please remember these are genuine texts from us and it is safe to click the link.

Your response to these surveys is so important – feedback helps us improve our services and ensure your experience meets your needs and expectations. The more information you’re able to share about your interaction with us helps ensure we’re continually improving and supporting customers in the best way moving forward.
