Hello – it’s Insight, Great Places’ customer scrutiny group.

We’d like to tell you about our last review that looked to find out about customers’ information needs and what makes information meaningful.  We’d also like to thank you customers, who gave time to feedback views, which were wide and varied, there were also some common themes, such as;

After completing our review, we met with Great Places’ Board to give an update of our findings and we suggested some recommendations for improvement, which mainly focussed on content and the presentation of information to support accessibility for a wide range of audiences.  All our suggestions were accepted, and Board thanked Insight for their scrutiny review.  If you would like to read more about this review, you can watch this video.
