From mid-November 2022, Great Places are working with TLF Research, an external company, to carry out our new customer satisfaction survey. The survey is in response to the recently published Tenant Satisfaction Measures, to ask you how you feel about our services. This will be done by phone or email link to the survey.
If you are contacted, we would be grateful if you shared your views about your home and the services we provide. The survey will take around 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback is really important to us so we can have a real insight into the areas we can improve and helps us shape our services for the future.
