Paying your rent couldn’t be easier:

Did you know we have a number of different ways you can pay us your rent?

We understand that not everyone wants to pay their rent in the same way; which is why we have a number of different payment methods available to suit your needs.

You can pay your rent to us by:

Direct Debit:

This is the most effective and efficient way for you to pay us your rent. To set up a direct debit with us, you will need to complete a direct debit mandate. This can be obtained via your Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), who will work with you to ensure everything is set up correctly. 

AllPay card or app:

Allpay is a payment system used by lots of housing associations and their customers to pay their rent. You can obtain an Allpay card by either emailing us on or by calling us on 0300 123 4460.

Once you have received your card, you will be able to either make an automated payment to us over the phone by pressing option one on your keypad, or alternatively, you can also visit any Pay Point shop and pay on your AllPay card.

If you are having difficulties applying for an Allpay card online, please call our Customer Solutions team on 0300 123 4460, and they will be able to help you by sending a card out in the post.

Credit and Debit card:

By Mobile App: Available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play – customers can pay by Apple or Android smartphone.

  • Follow brief registration process
  • Save PRN (see below) and bank card details for ease


You will need your PRN, the long number on the front of your Allpay Card.

By Paypoint – available across 29,000 convenience stores in the UK. They will accept case and may also accept debit card payments, but this is at the discretion of the individual retailer.
