To ensure your works are continuous and remain on schedule, we must have access to your property at all times as discussed with you during the time of my visit.
The Emanuel Whittaker site team working hours are from 08:00 to 16:30 (Monday – Friday). In the event of an emergency outside of these hours, and related to these improvement works only, please contact Paul Robinson on 07847482765. For all other emergency repairs, call Great Places Housing Group on 0300 123 1966.
Please remember; do not let anyone into your home that you are unsure of. All Emanuel Whittaker operatives carry identification badges, please ask to see them.
We have in place a range of measures in-line with government guidance to limit risk, and protect the health and wellbeing of customers and colleagues at all times.
