Investigating noise nuisance: your experience

The Housing Ombudsman Service (HOS) has recently launched a deep-dive investigation into noise complaints to better understand the experiences of both customers and landlords, and how we can tackle this issue in communities across the country.  

For many of our customers, we understand noise nuisance can have a significant impact on their overall wellbeing. That’s why we need to hear from you. Your experiences are valuable in helping not only Great Places but fellow landlords and partner agencies in understanding how we can improve noise concerns for customers.

The HOS is asking customers to share their experience of reporting noise nuisance through a short survey on their website, where feedback will be used to help shape their recommendations for tackling this issue long-term.

You can find the ‘resident survey’ on the HOS website here and completing the form should take no longer than 15 minutes.

The deadline for responses is Friday 13 May.
