Information for customers using MyPlace

Following the launch of our new customer portal, and emails to customers who use our digital services, we have received several enquiries about how to log in.  Please see below for clarity:

Frequent/regular users of Great Places online service prior to April 2022

  • Your new password has been sent to you by email. If you have not received this, please check your SPAM/JUNK folders.
  • Your username is the email address that we hold on our records for you.
  • Your new password must be typed in and cannot be copied and pasted.
  • If your account is locked, please email using “unlock my account” in the title, please include your name and address in the email.  We will endeavour to unlock your account as soon as possible.

Infrequent users/inactive account

  • You will receive your new password to access your online account by email within the next 2 weeks.
