How we have made a difference for our customers

All this week we are promoting Challenge Poverty Week and sharing how as an organisation we are helping customers across our neighbourhoods to tackle poverty.

To help support our customers, our dedicated Community Investment Team offers a range of services and solutions for customers, to help them become more independent and financially resilient.

Social purpose is at the heart of everything Great Places do and over the last year our Community Investment Team has provided a range of support to those customers who were impacted hardest by the Pandemic, alongside maintaining delivery of projects, initiatives and services that make a positive difference to customers and improve lives over the longer term.

Our Social Impact Report 2020/21 takes a look back over the last year and details the projects and interventions that we have delivered and provides insight into the impact we have achieved.
