Want to save time reporting repairs? We’ve listened to your feedback and made it quicker and easier to report an issue using the customer portal, or as a ‘guest’ with no password needed.
You can now report communal repairs (we know many of you will be pleased about this!) We’ve also improved the options for appointment slots, so you can tell us when suits you best - we confirm your appointment within 48 hours. Alternatively, if you need your appointment time sooner than that, use our Live Chat functionality for instant confirmation. Please note, the Live Chat working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm.
No more waiting on the phone! You can report here at any time, day or night, when it suits you. If you’ve logged in as a customer you can also check your repairs history and future appointment slots.
