Plumlife Management is celebrating a successful six months which has seen a raft of new PRS lettings and property management contracts. This builds on our already established track record of delivering a wide range of property agency services to developers, investors, residential management companies and registered providers across a range of high profile, complex developments in the North West.
Highlights include winning the estate management contract for the Cotton Field Park, New Islington estate and marina which was awarded by Manchester City Council acting on behalf of New Islington Facilities Management Company.
More recently Plumlife has also secured contracts with Sheffield Housing Company for two new developments and a further phase of Brearley Forge (in total five estates and 633 homes that Plumlife will manage for this client) and with Gecko Homes (part of Southway Homes) for a full PRS lettings and Block Management service at Aura, Altrincham. Aura will offer 42 apartments for market rent and is due to be built summer 2019.
Commenting on the recent new business wins Yvonne Unwin, Head of Leasehold and Operations at Plumlife, said:
“This has been a strong six months for Plumlife Management and highlights the robust track record we have built in offering a comprehensive property and facilities management service for residential and mixed-use developments. This strong performance is a real testament to the Plumlife Management team who have built a solid reputation of working closely with developers, freeholders, leaseholders and management companies to tailor our services to meet the needs of each of the individual communities we work with.”
Louise McManus (Project Manager, Strategic Development Team - Manchester City Council) added: "Plumlife were selected at New Islington due to their knowledge of the area’s needs and their experience and understanding of the service level required on an estate of this scale and complexity. They provide a proactive, effective and consistent estate management service that has dramatically improved this city centre estate’s appearance has seen all safety measures upgraded to reflect the needs of the water-side residential community, and have worked closely with partner agencies to tackle any anti-social behaviour issues".
