What is Business Intelligence?
The Business Intelligence Team report on data collected by our systems, such as re-let times, repairs jobs completed first time and percentage of digital customer contacts. This information is then used to inform service delivery and improve how we do things.
What is Customer Involvement?
Our Customer Involvement Team makes sure that we hear what our customers think of our services and what is important to them. They use a range of methods to contact customers to ensure that their voice is heard throughout the business. Using text, email and some phone and face-to-face contact.
