Plumlife show home launch huge success

Plumlife Homes are celebrating a near sell-out after launching the opening of a stunning show home at the flagship Arkwright Place development near Manchester city centre last weekend.

The Arkwright Place development is in Gorton, Manchester and has 131 homes for market sale, an innovative mixture of two, three and four bedroom detached and semi-detached homes. They are being sold by Plumlife on behalf of Cube Great Places, the private sector arm of Great Places Housing Group and are for market sale and shared ownership. The £21million landmark scheme is Cube’s biggest to date.

Homes at Arkwright Place are a blend of contemporary design and modern specification. They have parking, private gardens and are only three miles outside of Manchester city centre. 

Ahead of the show home launch, interest had been high with over 40 ‘off plan’ reservations already – following the show home launch 89% of all homes released have now been reserved..

Market sale prices start at £159,950 for a two bedroom home and £179,950 for a three bedroom home, Help to Buy at £127,960 for a two bedroom home and £143,960 for a three bedroom home and Shared Ownership starts at £55,983 for a two bedroom on a 35 per cent share basis.
