It's been a busy year for our Business Intelligence and Customer Involvement Team. The two functions recently merged in order to improve our data around customer insight. You can see some of the highlights below (click to enlarge):
What is Business Intelligence?
The Business Intelligence Team report on data collected by our systems, such as re-let times, repairs jobs completed first time and percentage of digital customer contacts. This information is then used to inform service delivery and improve how we do things.
What is Customer Involvement?
Our Customer Involvement Team makes sure that we hear what our customers think of our services and what is important to them. They use a range of methods to contact customers to ensure that their voice is heard throughout the business. Using text, email and some phone and face-to-face contact, the team has heard from over 1500 individual customers in the last financial year.
