The brand-new Great Places corporate plan is out now

Our new corporate plan is our statement of intent as a business, containing essential information about our direction of travel and outlining our future ambitions. 

The plan is bold and brave in its focus. In previous plans we have only focused on the forthcoming three years, but in this version we also discuss our 10-year ambitions. 

Notable points include our challenging 10-year development target of building 8,000 homes, alongside our partners. 

The plan also outlines our aspirations to be a fully digital business and to increase our Independence and Wellbeing offer. It also covers our intentions to develop better career pathways for our colleagues, and strengthen our position of financial strength and resilience. 

In another key departure from what has gone before, we have got rid of a layer of corporate objectives and our targets are now framed around our values, the three parts of our vision: Great Homes, Great Communities and Great People and a clear set of operating principles
