Great Places Housing Group has been given the top rating in its annual judgement from the social housing regulator, the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA).
The HCA oversee the work of housing associations in England to make sure they are governed properly and that they are financially viable.
Housing associations are rated on a sliding scale from 1 to 4 with G1 and V1 being the top scores.
Chief Executive Matthew Harrison said: “It is great news that we have received continued G1 and V1 ratings.
“This vote of confidence in what we are building at Great Places will support the ambitions we have as a business. It is also testament to the hard work of all our colleagues and the commitment the business has to building great homes and great communities for all our customers”.
