National Customer Service Week – Rise to the Challenge

Yesterday the theme was ‘Voice of the Customer’. Amongst the activities we hosted a customer focus group to explore the aspects of our service which are most important to our customers. It was a great session and will be important in feeding into the work of the Business Transformation Team. The customers had lots of positive things to say, including the following quote from Bev who lives at the Bridge;

“Great Places appear to care about their customers, and I feel privileged and safe in my home”.
