Growing Greatness

Growing Greatness is Great Places' exciting new programme to recruit over 25 apprentices and graduates into our workforce. In line with our ambitious corporate plan, we are aiming to increase the proportion of colleagues who are employed through our apprenticeship, graduate and development to 10% of our overall workforce by 2021. And it all starts here!
