Great Places and partners recognised in Manchester Property Awards 2026 shortlist

Great Places and our partners have been shortlisted in several categories at the Manchester Property Awards 2026, recognising our shared commitment to delivering high-quality homes, supporting regeneration and creating lasting opportunities for communities across Greater Manchester.
Great Places has been shortlisted for:
- Developer of the Year, recognising our leadership in affordable housing delivery across Greater Manchester and our commitment to creating sustainable communities through innovative development and regeneration.
- Partnership of the Year for our partnership with Stonebond, recognising our shared commitment to delivering high-quality homes and increasing the supply of affordable housing across Greater Manchester.
We’re also pleased that a number of developments and partnerships involving Great Places have been recognised:
- Vaughan Street, Royton, shortlisted for Affordable Housing Project of the Year, with delivery partner Casey Group recognised for delivering high-quality construction outcomes alongside meaningful social value in the local community.
- Riverpark, Manchester, delivered through the partnership between Great Places and Kellen Homes, shortlisted for Residential Project of the Year for creating a successful mixed-tenure neighbourhood.
- Mosley Common, Wigan, shortlisted for Partnership of the Year through the collaboration between Kellen Homes, Great Places and Peel Land, which is delivering more than 1,000 homes, significant affordable housing provision and major investment in local infrastructure and public transport.
The shortlist follows a competitive judging process involving senior decision-makers from Greater Manchester’s local authorities and leading figures from across the property sector.
The winners will be announced at the Manchester Property Awards ceremony on 6 November 2026 at The Point, Emirates Stadium, Manchester.
