We started out helping people from the North West’s black and ethnic communities to find good housing. Now we provide homes to people regardless of their background. The split among tenants between white and black minority ethnic is about 50/50. Our big area of expertise is still in serving the black, Asian and ethnic communities. It’s a role that’s always changing, like the make-up of the population does. We’ll never stand still.
We understand cultural, social and religious factors that not everyone grasps. We know what sort of houses our customers are likely to want, and where they’d like to live. We do our best to meet those needs.
