Between now and January, Great Places will be contacting some of our customers who receive Universal Credit to better understand how receiving the single monthly payment works for you. We’ll also discuss what we can do as a landlord to help our customers before, during and after the transition to Universal Credit.
We are working with an independent research company called Deliberata who will be conducting the research, and will feed everything back to us anonymously in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct.
We are inviting a small selection of customers to take part in an individual, face-to-face in-depth interview. Customers who are happy to be involved in this interview stage will be given high street vouchers worth £25.
