Short Notice Inspection

Great Places has volunteered for a pilot scheme of Short Notice Inspections being developed by the government’s Audit Commission and, if selected, a 3-day on-site inspection by housing experts could take place any time between 1st October and 31st March to find out how good we are…

20 organisations have volunteered for the pilot, but we won’t know if we are one of the 12 selected until we are contacted five days before inspectors come to visit!

As part of the inspection, the auditors will want to speak to tenants and to give you plenty of opportunity to tell them exactly what you think of us as a landlord.

If you would like to take part in this process, or if you would like to find out more about Short Notice Inspections, please contact Sharon Brown on 447 5031 or email sharon.brown@greatplaces.org.uk
