Short notice inspection
The Audit Commission has praised Great Places Housing Group after visiting last winter.
Inspectors say we have ‘excellent prospects’ to carry on improving.
They reported “more strengths than weaknesses” in each of the three key service areas inspected, and made recommendations.

As a result of our plan, inspectors have declared that Great Places has ‘excellent prospects’ for getting better and improving the inspected services – the best possible score available.
The finding is based on how we manage performance, plans ahead and on our track record for delivering improvements. This rating means we are one of the top performing 25% of UK housing associations.
