Performance matters

Performance is very important to Great Places. We work hard to meet ambitious targets that result in continually better-quality services to our tenants.

We set objectives for all areas of our business and monitor how well we're doing every month.

The Key Performance Indicators show how we are performing at the end of each quarter.

  On course to achieve
end-of-year target
Early warning, not relevant at year end   Missing or missed target
