Oldham PFI home
These pages are for people who live in the Oldham PFI (private finance initiative) areas of Oldham where Great Places and partners Wates Living Space and Regenter – also known as the Inspiral Consortium - have just started work.
Oldham Council chose our team to deliver its £113 million Gateways to Oldham housing and regeneration project to transform four areas including Crossley and Primrose Bank into great places to live.
Over the next few years, many new homes will be built and many more refurbished. New public spaces and community facilities, and better car parking are also on the way. We will manage these neighbourhoods for the next 25 years.
Regenter is the lead investor, developer and manager. Great Places is co-investor and developer and will provide neighbourhood and estates management services while Wates Living Space will construct new homes, modernise council homes and provide long-term maintenance.
Here you can read about the PFI programme, services we offer, ways you can get involved, how we plan to tackle issues in your neighbourhood, such as anti-social behaviour, and much, much more.
