What is the Tenant Services Committee?

The Tenant Services Committee (TSC) is a tenant- led decision making forum that operates at the highest level in Great Places Housing Group.

Who is on the TSC?

Great Places is committed to providing excellent services that reflect the needs and aspirations of all its tenants and residents.

The TSC has been set up to ensure this happens by placing tenants and residents at the heart of the decision-making process.

To demonstrate this commitment, the TSC is made up of a majority of tenants -  as many as nine – plus five independent members and one director from Great Places.

What does the TSC do?

The TSC drives improvement of services, monitors service delivery, scrutinises performance and approves housing policies, as well as making decisions on some budgets.

It has delegated authority from the Great Places Housing Group board. This means that the board asks  the TSC to make important decisions on its behalf on issues relating to services for tenants and residents.
