Be a member of CAT’s Whiskers

Our customer access team (CAT) is a first point of contact for our residents. We want to know what it’s like to phone them so we can carry on getting better at serving you.  All you need to do is complete a form about what happens when you call CAT – and you can act as the CAT’s Whiskers!

Sign up as a mystery shopper

If you sign up to be a mystery shopper, we just ask you to rate our services as you

use them.  You don’t need any training or special skills and the only contact you make is when you actually need to sort something out with us for real.
