How we communicate with you



We’ve always valued the views of our residents and held numerous focus groups, organised resident participation events, carried out face-to-face visits and used digital media to communicate with them.

Our in:team is made up of 10 staff and a fundraising co-ordinator working across 32 local authorities. They empower residents to get involved in improving services, invigorating deprived communities and increasing customer satisfaction.

Accessing publications and our website if you are hard of hearing or visually impaired

All of our publications are available in community languages, Braille, audio and large print on request. Our head office can be reached through Typetalk by calling 18001 0161 447 5000.
