The downtime will take place from 10pm on Friday 24 March and will continue until the systems are available online at 7am on Saturday 25 March.
During these hours ALL payment systems will be taken offline. You will not be able to access any of our payment channels and you will be unable to use any debit or credit card payment channels.
Every resident needs to pay their rent in advance. Your tenancy agreement says that it’s your responsibility to ensure “regular and prompt payment of rent to the Association, and for this to be made weekly in advance”.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent and service charge so it’s one less thing for you to deal with.
