Making Payments via Allpay

The Data Centre upgrade will take place over the weekend of 3rd - 4th December with all of our online payment channels unavailable from 10pm Friday 2nd December until 10pm Sunday 4th December.

Customers will still be able to make payments at the Post Office and PayPoint outlets. Allpay's Direct Debit services will not be affected during the downtime.

Every resident needs to pay their rent in advance.  Your tenancy agreement says that it’s your responsibility to ensure “regular and prompt payment of rent to the Association, and for this to be made weekly in advance”. ​

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to pay your rent and service charge so it’s one less thing for you to deal with.
